I placed the order with Miniables after seeing them on Instagram, and I was super excited about this surprise gift because it felt like something truly unique and special. I shared the photos I had with them, and the final outcome turned out quite good. For better accuracy, it is always helpful to share clearer and more detailed pictures, but even though I did not have many photos, the team still managed to do a great job for me.
I was happy with the overall service and support. This statue is an emotional gift for someone very special to me, and I am planning to gift it to her. My experience with the team was quite satisfactory. They were responsive on WhatsApp support and kept me informed throughout the process. Krunal clearly explained how their support system works and guided me accordingly. The designers made revisions based on my feedback and once the changes were clarified the output aligned well with my expectations. I truly appreciate their effort and willingness to improve the final result. With clear communication of requirements they are capable of delivering good quality work.
Initially the side angle render was not provided and the cheeks looked slightly bulky in the design but they resolved this issue after I shared my concerns. The Miniable team provided an updated design within two hours. Although the changes were minimal they were open to further clarifications and adjustments based on my feedback. Their process appears flexible and with clear communication they are able to align the design with client expectations.
When the statue finally reached my home I was completely stunned. It was a perfect example of beautifully executed artwork showcasing both creativity and technical mastery.
