Moneyback Guarantee is only applicable once Product is delivered and the client feels that he is not satisfied with the the print outcome what he had approved at design phase. Also Moneyback Guarantee Claim is only provided when client had a solid proofs and print team is convinced with that. Engraving is provided as free service and only applicable on the nature of design. Company has a full right to remove the service (if it's offered as free) in case of print failures
